Woooooo I've been MIA for a while. You see, right after I got my new laptop, my desktop up and DIED. I can't play on my laptop because of this stupid chipset NOT-GRAPHICS-CARD thingy built into the motherboard. I REALLY wish I'd known that when I bought it, since I was most looking forward to Simming on a fast computer. My dreams = crushed. LUCKILY though, thanks to a good friend, I managed to save all of my Sims 2 files and the legacy is (hopefully) safe and awaiting the moment I am able to get a new computer that I am able to play the game on o_o

Things were beginning to get really interesting, too!

Anyway, on with the update! If you don't remember what happened last time, Pam moved in with Ash, they got married and spawned children Evan and Ashlyn, Evan was horrifyingly fug as a toddler, both children had birthdays and Pam was shown exploding into prego-ness.

Evan doesn't look quite as horrifying while asleep ;D

His mom constantly punishes him for being ugly.
Pam: Hey look, a distraction!
Evan:: Huh? I don't see any distraction...
Pam:: HEHEHEHEHEHEHE >D
LOL just kidding, she really does love him. Even if he's horrifying.

Ashlyn: Hi mom! MOOOM PAY ATTENTION TO MEEEEE.
Evan: I got good grades because I'm awesome!
Pam: My eyes! THEY BURN!

He's an autonomous dancer! OMG I love Sims who dance autonomously! :D He's interesting, I'll give him that...

His sister on the other hand, is a bit boring :\

AHH BURGLAR. Not again! Same fugly guy too.

And who comes to save the day? Fish Face Cop. Yeek that is SOME NOSE BUDDY!

Meanwhile Ashlyn couldn't care less about strangers invading her house, as long as she has Starsky.
Ashlyn: WHO'S A PWETTY KITTY!? *smooch*

AUTONOMOUS DANCING! :D Well, I MADE Ashlyn dance...but Evan does it all by himself. And that Britney girl one of them brought home joined in as well. ZOMG DANCE PARTY.

Pam: I'd love to discuss your awesomeness but as you can see, I'm pregnant and must vegitate.
Also, you might notice the painting... Yeah, I saw that Starsky's days were dwindling and I wanted a picture to remember him by.

Pam: OMG! Did you see that!? My stomach totally exploded again!
Evan: *doesn't even notice*

RUN STARSKY RUN!! Yeah this was sort of pointless.

Back in the house, Pam wandered into the kitchen to go into labor.
Pam: WHY IS THIS HAPPENING AGAIN?! HALP.

Watching Pam in labor causes different reactions from each family member;
Ashlyn: GAH! What's happening to mom!? *LEVITATES*
Evan: EW LADY PARTS! I'M STROKIN' OUT!
Ash: Oh, looks like my wife is in some sort of intense pain. Ho hum...

This is Robbie Braden. She has Ash's eyes, and Pam's hair & skintone.

Pam: Here, take it.
CRAP, TWINS AGAIN.

Pam: UM HELLO? Still pregnant here!

~~Ididn'twantyou~~ I mean, and THIS is Andrew Braden. He has Pam's skintone, and Ash's eyes & hair.

Ash: Here you go, sweetheart, onto the floor with you :D
HEY! What happened to being a GOOD Sim father??
Ashlyn: OMG BABIES!
Evan: I KNOW HOLY CRAP!

Pam spent 90% of her time doing stuff like this.
Pam: It never stops crying! Why? Please, baby, PLEASE stop crying! D:

Then we skip to birthday time, because nothing interesting happened during the last three sim days.

Pam: OMG! You mean I can finally get some sleep after this?!

Ash: Have some birthday tickles!
Robbie: *gazes into the flames and is mesmerized*

Ash: LOL THROWING BABIES IS AWESOME.

Pam: HAHA I'VE BEEN WANTING TO DO THIS FOR A LONG TIME! *chucks Andrew*

Robbie, on the other hand...

She's pretty! Aside from those razor-sharp cheek bones, I mean. Hopefully she'll grow into those!

Moving along, it's birthday time for Evan and Ashlyn as well!

Evan: I wish for a nose!

And the twins twirl and sparkle and leap into the air.

Ashlyn as a teen! I think she looks a lot like Pam, but she has Ash's eyebrows. I also just noticed this, but her eyes are rather small! XD

I was scrolling over to Evan when I caught Ash's expression. LOL TV IS SRS BSNS.

Here's Evan! He really didn't turn out half-bad. He doesn't have much of an upper lip though...although that's my fault, because Ash doesn't have much of one either!

AND LOOK WHAT ELSE!

HE GREW A NOSE FINALLY!

Pam: Are you guys trying to watch TV? Haha, let me just stand right in the way!

I changed Evan's hair the next time I booted up the game, and gave him a new outfit since I realized I had crap for teen clothes and went on a downloading spree XD

Robbie is still cute.

Andrew is still a Monkey Boy.

Evan still autonomously dances! <3 Even if he doesn't look so perfect, he's sort of my favorite XD

The twins gain skills all day to keep them from being annoying and splashing in the toilet OMG I HATE THAT SO MUCH!! The toddler gate is TOTALLY NOT WORKING D:

These two are best friends already!

Evan brought this girl home from school, so...why not?! Her name is Hope Jenkins...I think.

He immediately puts the moves on her....and his arm gets stuck like that until the next time I start up the game ><

Ash: *loses horribly to his own daughter...SHAMED*

This girl, I think her name is Diana Burns, came home with the twins one day.

She tried to dance, but really sucked...

...and Evan spent the entire afternoon LAUGHING AT HER.
Diana: Heh! See, I'm doing it! I'm shakin' what my Momma gave me! Err...yeah!
Evan: LOL BITCH THINKS SHE CAN DANCE!

Then Evan invited Hope over, and they became omgthebestoffriends:

Evan: Hell yeah! I'm in LOVE!
Andrew: I hope I can be like my big brother someday!

Evan introduces Hope to Pam.
Hope: Even though your daughter is a total bitch, your son is a dreamboat!
Yeah, Ashlyn really doesn't like her XD

At least Hope can shake her money-maker!

Then they hearted all over each other on the couch, whilst Pam worked out in the background.

Ashlyn felt sorry for Diana and tried to teach her to dance.

Then some poor bastard started a fire, and everyone freaked the hell out until the fireman came and put it out.

Everyone: OMG FIRE! FIRE! HOLY CRAP FIRE! SOMEBODY DO SOMETHING!! FIRE FIRE!!
OMG I HATE YOU SIMS SOMETIMES. Anyway, yeah the fireman had to come AGAIN.

Meanwhile I decided to test out that salon chair. Diana was the willing victim.

And Ash does a good job! She was OMGOVERJOYED with her new look.

Pam: Take THAT, son who used to be ugly!
Evan: God Mom, WTH?!

Then Evan invites Hope over...

...who claims she is filthy rich. You're a teen!

Ashlyn's a money sim, so I had her get a job so she wouldn't go into aspirational failure.
Ashlyn: *heads off to work* See ya, bitches! I'm gonna make me some MONEY!

Meanwhile, Andrew befriends stray animals.

His last experiment a success, Ash proceeds to give Hope a new look...

We begin this update by (finally) formally introducing the heir's fiance:

Not bad! Plus, she already had a job when she moved in (in the sports career track) and...well, she wasn't rich, but she's got a bunch of skills already including a lot of creativity. Guess who's gonna be painting portraits?! :D

And then they decide to christen their new house by having a pillow fight. They do this A LOT.

Yeah, so...I told them they couldn't have children until they got a few more promotions and made some money. I guess I overworked them a TAD.

Oh and in case you were wondering? Ash is STILL raging about the robber breaking into his house. ): HE DIDN'T EVEN TAKE ANYTHING GET OVER IT. But the WEIRDEST THING?? When I look at Ash's relationships, his daily and lifetime score with the GUY WHO ROBBED HIS HOUSE keeps freaking GOING UP AND UP. LIKE WTF. Last I checked, it was in the 80's! Ash hasn't had any contact with this man, ever! I don't understand this at all @__@

So, I finally decided they were bringing in an adequate amount of money for spending on children-y things.

Pam: BLARRGGGHHH! Why is this happening?!

I gave her a makeover, as she is about to be a mom and all so I thought she should look more grown-up or whatever XD

This made me sad. Starsky wandered into the room, wanting a hug from Ash. But he was sleeping, so he wandered over to Pam to get a hug, only she was sleeping too, so he just curled up on the floor :(

Pam: OMFG WHAT?!

And look who's quick to take her spot! D'awww.

Ash had the day off, so I had him play with the counterfeit machine.

Jeez he looks SO EVIL.

Ash: I'll provide for my family alright! MWAHAHAHHAHAAA!!!! *only makes like a hundred bucks, and ends of setting the machine ON FIRE*

Then Suzi showed up!

Then they had an impromptu bathroom marriage because I realized they were still just engaged, and I didn't have the money for a wedding parrtayyyy.

Ash is still being a good daddy in the other room.

Ashlyn is definitely cuter, although that pointy nose is a bit worrisome.

They did a lot of screaming as toddlers too, and their poor parents were both exhausted so they just had to deal with it for a while.

You know, he doesn't look quite so bad as he did in the game XD

Although that....nonexistence that would have been his nose...DAAAANG.

He doesn't like it either.

Ashlyn REALLY wants out. Or maybe she's just terrified of her brother.

I was pretty worried about Evan and his lack of nose, so I decided to shrink Ash down and see if his toddler form looked anything like his son, and...

I feel much better. XD

A funny thing happened when I grew Ash back though...

LOL, whoops. Forgot to tell Pam to put him down! I bet she was confused as to why her husband was a toddler for about two minutes.

Ash: Who's daddy's little mutant?!

This woman walked by, and thinking of later generations, I had somebody greet her.

She lavished attention on the cute little troll. XD

He may be more on the fug side for now, but I have to admit, he's cute!

OKAY. So last time, Ash was trying to meet lady sims, and I was going to settle with Jill Turner until another prospect happened to walk by while Ash was still at work. OMG HURRY HOME ASH!

Yay! He makes it home just in time and starts working his charm on her! =D;

...

...okay, I admit it!! I USED THE CONTROL SIM HACK AND MADE HER FREESTYLE ON THE SIDEWALK FOR AN HOUR *sob* But I just couldn't let her get away, because LOOK:

Yeah, so getting these two to like each other? PRETTY EASY. Her name is Pam Dunn, btw.

Pam: I like underwear! :D

Starsky: If I stay like this long enough maybe I'll turn into a Starsicle.

Pam: Oh hell yeah I like what I see! ;D

I would hope so XD

And then they played catch for a while...

Then it got late, so Pam had to leave, then I sent Ash outside to skill up. He still has a promotion to get after all!

While the alien babies are pretty cool, he doesn't have money to support anyone except maybe a cat LOL.

So anyway, the next day I had him call Pam up and invite her over. She gladly came XD

Oh yeah, and I had him ask her on an date cuz he wanted to.

Yeah, in case you've noticed that winter seemed awfully short? It was. My computer was Laggy McLaggington during the entire time it was winter, so I had to change the seasons in the neighborhood until I could get a faster computer XD

A random guy walked by.

Ash: UGH!! I AM SO RANDOMLY PISSED THAT MY HOUSE GOT BROKEN INTO!!!

He took his mind off it though XD

DANCING. WITHOUT MUSIC. lulz.

Their date progressed well, as the snow melted around them XDD

...VERY well, as she showed up later to give him flowers ^^

This is how he greets here when he invites her over the next day:

Let the girl breathe, Ash! You haven't even changed out of you pajamas! LOL I know I take way too many pictures of things that aren't terribly important.

This was to be a quicker date, because Ash had to go to work that afternoon.

And so they got right down to business, LOL.

Then he said goodbye to her to go to work. WHOO CHECK THOSE GRANNY PANTIES XD

And then she got so excited about catching butterflies that she forgot to get dressed first O_o

Uhh don't you...want to put some clothes on??

Pam: BUT THEY'LL GET AWAY.

Well, she at least left fully clothed XD

As soon as he got home that SAME DAY, she called up again and asked him on ANOTHER date XD

They just got their pictures taken XD

Ash: Pam, you're the perfect chick to help me raise 20 puppies and kittens!

Lawl, keep dreaming Ash! NOT GONNA HAPPEN.

AND SO SHE MOVED IN :D She's a pretty awesome townie, as she ALREADY HAD A JOB AND SKILLS. She has a job in the sports career track, had a bit of money, and has a ton of creativity points! Nice.

And I moved them into a bigger house, rather than expanding the one Ash already had. I decided I'd rather NOT have the family live on a hill XD

So we begin this exciting (LOL) installment of the Braden Legacy with Mr. Ashley here on the phone with his new best friend, the Garden Club Grandma....I still can't remember her name >___>;;

Well, he did need to up his social meter. Next, Ash showcases his mad art skillz ~~or lack thereof~~.

He had been rolling wants to get various animals. So I figured hell, he's never going to achieve his dreams of having 20 kittens or puppies, but he can at least have one! So everybody meet Starsky.

And the first thing Starsky does when he enters his new home?

...HE GOES APE-SHIT ON THE CHAIR. Rage much, cat? So I got him a few toys to play with.

STARSKY SPAM!!

A calm kitty is a GOOD KITTY. NO SMASHING TOKYO OK?

AWWW.

Anyway, back to Ash's life XD It wasn't all that happening while I was focusing on the cat, trust me. So this chick walks by, and I have him greet her and see how things go.

Chick: Oh hell yeah baby, I love that blonde hair!

Yeah but I don't think I like your face much, chicky...

Ash: *waits patiently for her to put his cat down so he can play with him*

All he ever wants to do is play with his cat!

...So anyway, he had met this chick Jill Turner when I had him jet over to a nightclub once, and he kept thinking about her so I had him invite her over. She's not bad-looking...he has 2 bolts with her, anyway.

And so Ash begins to work his charm on her. SPAMMMM.

Then that other chick came over and wanted to get a hug from Jill too XD

Jill: BITCH PLZ.

LATER THAT NIGHT:

All was peaceful, all was quiet....until THIS HAPPENED!

HELLO!! Here's somebody who fell out of the ugly tree, hit every branch on the way down, and landed in a puddle of FAIL. WOW. FUGLY AWARD, YOU EARNED IT.

Officer Lady: OMFG GET OUT OF THE WAY SO I CAN ARREST YOU!!

Later that night... LOL I love how they're both dreaming of Ash!

Later that night, IT SNOWED. I was taking a chance on that, because my computer is laggeriffic when it comes to changing seasons, ESPECIALLY winter, and lo and behold, it lagged so much that I just couldn't put up with it for very long. However, I did get to play with it some!

I immediately made him build a snowman.

This passer-by who stole Ash's hairstyle came over and helped.

Then he had to go to work, so the lot was sad and empty until this penguin came by!

Penguin: So like, peace, and stuff.

Annnnd hold the phone...

GAH. ASH WHERE ARE YOU!? dundunDUNNNN.

So I've been watching the legacychallenge for a while now and I've always wanted to do a legacy myself, but my computer has sucked for a long time. It's been better at running the game since I used the Compressorizor on my Sims2 Downloads files, but I just bought a laptop and it'll be here soon so I thought I'd get started on my first legacy! :D

First off, the founder! Meet Ash Braden :D I noticed that most people seem to have female founders, and well, I almost did too but I figured I'd go and be DIFFERENT or something. XD

The first person who walked by was the paper boy, and Ash wanted to meet somebody new so they ZOMG CHATTED.

Ash: :D All the stuff I own can fit into a suitcase. Actually, I don't even have a suitcase! :D

And then the Garden Club Grandma/Woman Who Looks Like A Shark walked by and Ash decided to start a water balloon fight. What is it with sims and freaking water balloon fights?

Water balloon fights are serious business.

Look at him, he's having so much fun, he doesn't even care that I haven't built a house for him yet!

Right, the house. It's not much...but hey, I think it's kinda uhhh cozy...yeah.

Aaaand here comes the welcome wagon. Ben, Marissa and Brandi. Nobody exciting, so I don't bother to have Ash greet them. They loiter for a while and eventually leave.

...Shark Lady follows Ash inside, however.

Ash: *OMNOMNOM*

Shark Lady: I'm just going to make things awkward and stand here and watch while you eat your sandwich. I may never move again.

She stood there the whole time, srsly.

I had him ignore her to go say hi to this dog who was barking outside his door <3

Not much of a porch you have there, Ash. And after taking that picture I was reminded that I hadn't put flooring on his foundation, whooooops XD

Then I had him go inside to skill because he wanted to, and because he NEEDED to. Time is essential when you're a sim; I need to get him out and find him a woman pretty quick. All throughout his skilling he kept thinking of marriage, engagement, and babies O_o Are you sure you're a guy, Ash?

Anyway, Sharky left sometime during the skilling and while I wasn't looking she got sprayed by a skunk! XDD

Then he went to bed because he had grown weary.

Ash: *ZZzzz* ....ME.

He woke up to greet the day, rising with the sun...nah just kidding, the phone woke his ass up XD He had to go to work anyway; I got him a job in the Gaming career track. GO TO WORK, N00B.

Awww sleepy-face. I NEVER WANT HIM TO DIE. LOL! Anyway, so he got up and went to work, and that's the end of this post because that's when I stopped playing :B

NEXT UPDATE: Will Ash find the woman of his OMGDREAMS!? Will Sharky keep harassing him? Will things ever get more INTERESTING? (I promise they will LOLOL) WILL HE EVER GET TO RAISE 20 PUPPIES OR KITTENS?!!! ~~not likely, I tell you, I mean seriously, TWENTY!? That's a bit excessive!~~
